This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Twentyroll Premium. Premium subscriptions are sold and processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd and its affiliates), which acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase. This policy applies alongside Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Terms & Conditions.
Twentyroll Premium is a recurring digital subscription that unlocks unlimited games, exclusive categories, and other premium features. It is billed monthly or yearly depending on the plan you choose, and it renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee:
When you cancel, your Premium access continues until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. Cancelling stops future renewals; on its own it does not trigger a refund of the current period.
Because Premium is a digital service that you can use immediately, payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun. That said, we want you to be happy, so we will consider a refund of the most recent payment on a case-by-case basis, particularly where:
As a general guideline, we're most able to help with requests made within 14 days of the charge. Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Paddle.
Email hello@twentyroll.com from the email address on your account, and include the order or receipt ID from your Paddle confirmation email (or the date and amount of the charge). We aim to respond within a few business days. If a refund is approved, Paddle processes it to your original payment method, and it typically appears within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
You can also request help directly through Paddle's buyer support at paddle.net.
Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, the charge on your bank or card statement may appear as "Paddle.net" or similar, rather than "Twentyroll." If you don't recognize a charge, that's usually why. Contact us and we'll help identify it before you dispute it.
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region with mandatory consumer-protection laws, you may have additional rights (including certain statutory withdrawal/refund rights). Nothing in this policy limits those rights. Where local law gives you a stronger remedy than this policy, that law applies.
