Welcome to Twentyroll (the "Service"), operated by Twentyroll ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, mobile web app, or related services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Twentyroll is an online trivia game that lets you play solo, challenge friends, view leaderboards, earn experience points and achievements, and optionally subscribe to premium features. The Service is provided "as is" and may change over time. We may add, modify, or remove features, categories, or functionality with or without notice.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us at hello@twentyroll.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

The Service, including its design, branding, software, question text (where applicable), graphics, and documentation, is owned by Twentyroll or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these Terms.
You retain any rights you have in content you submit (such as a display name or user profile information), but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process that content as needed to operate and improve the Service.
Scores, ranks, XP, streaks, achievements, and other in-game metrics have no real-world monetary value unless we explicitly state otherwise in a separate promotion with clear rules. We may adjust, reset, or recalculate data to correct errors, prevent abuse, or maintain fairness.
Optional paid subscriptions or purchases may be offered through our payment provider (e.g., Lemon Squeezy). Fees, billing cycles, and cancellation are subject to the terms presented at checkout and the payment provider's policies. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in accordance with those terms. Taxes may apply based on your location.

The Service relies on third parties such as hosting, authentication, databases, analytics, and payment processors. Your use of those services may be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Trivia content is provided for entertainment; we strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all information is complete or current.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TWENTYROLL AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY US DOLLARS (USD $50), EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Twentyroll and its officers, directors, and employees from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if we discontinue the Service, or for operational or legal reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity) will survive termination.
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would require applying another jurisdiction's laws. If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or similar regions, mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence may apply in addition to these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
